Connectivity - Oxford/NTL
I've had problems connecting to the Internet all evening. The JANET link is up according to OUCS, so I'm blaming NTL, of course I could be wrong.
Anyhow, I've managed to get some form of connection - slow, occasionally timing out, but better than nowt - by setting the following proxy address 62.254.128.6 with port 8080 as my internet connection.
