Dilemma
So this morning I woke up to an email offering me a job at the church I am currently attending. 15 hours a week at $12.00 an hour, no benefits. Doing much of what I currently do now for free (IT stuff). But there's a strong possibility given other circumstances I won't go into here that I could also do children's ministry and youth ministry, although I don't think they'd pay me for that.
My dilemma is this. I've been hoping for a job in the area, since I kind of love it here, so this is kind of an answer to prayers. But I need something that offers health insurance, and that is full time. I could take another part time job, but I don't know if companies offer insurance to part time workers. Particularly schools, if I go that route. I could do substitute teaching, but again, no insurance.
I don't know how soon the church needs an answer.
I do love it here. A LOT.
