Back in Action
Today is a day that I can only describe as a day of artistic satisfaction. I completed a new page for the comic and then got to work on this new video I'm doing for the 'Tube. It's looking really good, this new vid. Like, professional documentary quality; I couldn't be happier with it.
Also saw a movie today: Red Eye, directed by Wes Craven.
Hadn't heard of it until they had it on at the Merc the other night; I got the DVD out of the library. there'z something about watching a movie clean, with no expectations, that makes it better somehow...sometimes, anyway. Y'ever have that experience where you see the trailer for a movie and the actualy movie is NOTHING like the preview? Or the preview had all the best parts of the movie in it? I HATE that.
Anyway, I really enjoyed Red Eye, and I think a large part of that was that I knew nothing about it prior to watching.
So, yeah...today was a pretty damn good day. :)
