Lovely weekend...
Friday night we invited our friends Kirk and Stephanie over for cocktails and a movie. I found a copy of Real Genius with Val Kilmer at Target fo $7.50. I LOVE that movie. Favorite quote "Would you prepared if gravity reversed itself? The only thing I can't figure out is how to keep the change in my pockets. I've got it! Nudity."
I slept in on Saturday while Robert and the boys went to a friends house for a day of gaming. I eventually wandered over too to hang out with Steph for a while and join everyone for dinner. I got a lot of cleaning done with the house all to myself. Laundry too. I was quite productive! I really wish I wasn't such a procrastinator...
We started out Sunday with a yummy Father's Day breakfast and then packed up and went fishing. William caught a perch within a couple of minutes of having cast into the water. Later in the day Richard caught a Big Mouth Bass but had to throw it back because it was too small. We all got a lot of hits on the line but no luck bringing anything else in. Poor Robert was so busy helping everyone else he only got to do his own fishing about 20 minutes out of the 4 hours we were out. We headed home and Robert cooked up some Deeelicious steaks on the grill along with Williams perch. A perfect day!
