THE WEEK OF HAPPINESS MEME:
My happy moment of the day: My soon to be step son came home from school today and saw I was heading out the door at the same time. He exclaimed "You're leaving? (In a sad voice) We haven't seen you in like a week!". I explained I was on my way to pick up his little brother and would be right back and he smiled. For a second I almost thought I was going to get a hug! I realize most of his joy and excitement was most likely due to the fact that his holiday vacation had just begun, but I'll take it where I can get it! I have really grown to love those boys!
