So maybe windoze has more problems than Linux... but at least they're easier to fix! Just reboot!
I came home 2½ hours ago, and have been screwing off since then. It feels like a lot longer. I'm tired, since I only slept 4½ hours (not because I couldn't sleep, like Karl, but because I was busy *shifty eyes*) and I'm lonely. I should be starting up fridays comic--and get sunday's done as well, as soon as possible, since I'll be busy this weekend, as previously mentioned, with shopping and room-painting--but.. I'm tired. ^_^ And this wouldn't be as much of a problem if I didn't need to make comics. Screw inspiration and creativity for their high sleep-demand.
*isn't upset, but mostly just a bit blank* My mouse stopped wrking randomly too, a few days ago. I thought it was because off the batteries (optic mouse) since it had been complaining over a low battery level a few days earlier, but when I changed them it fixed nothing. Since I was working with the comic, downloading music from all sorts of people/places, generally organizing random things, I didn't feel like closing down my 40-some windows and rebooting at the time (we all know rebooting will fix 97% of the problems in windoze). So I just changed to run entirelly with my tablet, and even though I'm used to only using it for drawing it works fine for the rest too, like any other mouse. Yesterday wasn't a good day for rebooting either, as I was to my neck in the work around Darquarius (<--rightly spelled this time, too!) and his character design and the colors of his clothes (this was nearly the cause of another comic-related argument between me and Lena--but I think it turned out just fine and I think she thinks so too ^_^) so maybe I should do that now. *shifty eyes* Reboot, I mean. Except that I still have like 40 windows open, despite closing down like, 7, a minute ago. *shifty eyes* But I should, I guess. I always drop my pen tablet pen on the floor in the dark, and what do I do then if I need to do something and the mouse doesn't work??
