Well, mine's pretty simple. I'm really bad at coming up with user names, so I based it on my Chinese name, 颸颸, which basically means zephyr. Because 'zephyr' is a nasty common word, I took its close cousin, the prettier-sounding 'eolian', slapped it on 'sprite' to emphasize the aerial free/unfixed theme, and went off from there. Came up with it in grade seven, and was too lazy to come up with another username ever since.
I tag:
adevyish,
alorea,
trgiaol, and
cookievavasor 'k, more catch up...
During reading break, I went to the Afghan Horseman with Peermentors & Co. to eat Afghani food, which was a lot like normal Arab/Greek food, suspiciously enough. (Hey, same area.)
Also went to chocolate fondue, hotpot, and something else. Too lazy to write my crazy creative non-fiction stream-of-consciousness narrative of how I broke my pair of pink plastic decorative scissors, so I'll just post some photos from Ann's birthday celebration, which was today.
Chocolate fondue plate! From today! :O! (I had to do something to burn a few calories off while I waited for another serving of fondue...) And of course, the top view:
And a gummy bear drowning in its sinful bath of chocolate! Oh, the gluttony...the gluttony...
Um...and we found this on Robson:
I regret not taking more pictures, but it's not polite to gawk. This is AWESOME. It's like that piece of knick-knack on your fireplace that you got somewhere while on vacation, but could never bear to throw away, even though it served no purpose than as decoration. Anyway, this car had a fountain on the front of it. :O
The other day, it was rainy and I was locked in a car. Thus, photos.
And more
UBC a while ago, on a rainy day:
Colours weren't editted at all...o_O
UBC has an observatory. o_O Why wasn't I aware of this? I mean, sure, we have an astronomy program, so it'd make sense to have an observatory, but I thought it'd be way out in the middle of nowhere or something...
I wish I had a real camera, instead of this cellphone 'camera'. :(
One of these days, I'm going to build a cathedral from shortbread. Just watch. *deadtired*
Yesterday, I encountered a cat in an art supply shop. I loved it. I patted it. Then allergies broke out and ruined my fun. Now I have a fever. *cries*
