Well, that went well
Some showing....those who said they would come, didn't come. No one showed. I am grateful the first time went so well, but now I have to wonder if that was a fluke. Then again, you can't out guess it.
So, it was a slow night. Funny enough, my day started bad when I found out I didn't get the job I interviewed for yesterday. Big surprise huh? I know it wasn't what I did (bad or good), they choose someone who had copy writing skills and had more skills with a digital camera. Then I got a follow up email stating that in the end, they needed someone who push photography further, take intuitive. I was simply not a good enough fit, thought anyone who did hire me would be so fortunate to have me.
Strangely, that did not make me feel very good. I guess it did not really fix the withering situation.
So I guess rejection and let down go together quite nicely.
I really hope this will turn around soon. It certainly is making feel like putting a gun to my head. Maybe then, all of this won't be an issue.
