If you're bored, this is a Profile in process that I'm using at a website called Last.FM
It's associated with Audioscrobbler, which is a really cool website. You install this tiny plug-in for your media player and it keeps track of what CDs and MP3s you play and makes a weekly chart of your top artists and songs. Then the list is compiled into a Top 100 tracks of the week for all the users. It's pretty fun because you can add your friends (kind of like LJ) and see exactly what they're listening to. My friend Alex suggested this site to me. Way back he was also the first to point me in the direction of Napster. Hmmm...
