Sleep schedule be damned.
This all started on monday night when I went to Matt's Bar with Rachel after "work" (We had Jucy Lucy's)Then we went to go try out Bob's Java Hut(I enjoy the atmosphere there, but it is much quieter than I expected), then we attempted to go to Home Depot (I swear it used to be open 24hrs?) and then we went to her house and looked up celebrities on the internet movie database and tried to track down Sam from Clarissa Explains it all. No luck. But we did manage to stay up all night.
So, needless to say, I am fully awake right now because I slept from 8 am- 12pm, went to school to go book shopping. Then the parents and I went to dinner, then I came home and fell asleep around 7pm, then woke up at 12am. Ahh.
So for the past two hours I watched my TiVo backlog (Commander in Chief, Boston Legal and NCIS. I also wrote an essay for the Dare To Dream contest at school, so hopefully I will be winning $750 dollars by Monday. It's a damn good essay if I do say so myself, and trust me, I do.

Boston Legal and Commander in Chief make me feel giddy. I am eager to work in a place of power, even if I have to be a lackey for my first few years. I will be a happy lackey; or an eager lackey who will have to kiss alot of ass. But oh well.

Based on my books, Ethics will be my hardest class by far this semester. The reading list is amazing (Aristotle on the first day?) and the book for the class is one of those wonderful new style of textbooks that feels more like a novel combined with a magazine.
The book total this semester was only 260, which was pretty amazing for 16 credits. I only have 1 major textbook, for Biology. The rest are either that fun style of textbook, novels (Brave New World! Yay one of my favorites), or course packets. My course packet for womens studies was $30, for like, 100 sheets of paper. Good thing the padre is footing the bill for now (My tribe is paying for everything in a month or less).
All I have to say is Hooray for me, a second semester sophmore with a 3.5 GPA , no debt, and money in the bank. PSEO- a godsent.
