today was pretty uneventful. I went to school, which always sucks, and then went to work. I've been pretty blah all day. I think its cuz the weather is kinda crappy, and i miss sam. i get to see him in less then a week though... and then the next two weekends after that, and then he's home.
Before this year i thought it was important to have a lot of friends, and a lot of aquainences. This year i realized this: it is more important to have some close friends, and lots of aquaintences. This year ive been pretty content with, for the most part, only hanging out with sam, christina, carissa, alecz, devin, madison, deana, christina, jenny, Ahmad. and stacey. I mean i hang out with sam's friends when they around, and i consider them more then just aquaintences. But the above listed are the people that i enjoy spending most of my time with. Its nice to know you have people to count on :)
Today deana and i didnt say "my no-no," or "your no-no," or "her no-no," or "his no-no," once. It came as quite a shock.
Im going to NIU on a field trip tomorrow, so we can check out their library. This field trip only serves as a reminder that i only have 1 month until my placement exams. I've been thinking i don't want to be a dentist any more... i want to do something in communications. Dentistry is like the most high stress job there is. It has the HIGHEST suicide rate in the profession sub catergory. I think what I'd really like to do is get into telecommunications... maybe be a producer:) who knows!
