Side Note (Luxembourg Part 2)

So Part 2 follows quickly. But I have some extra news that I've either forgot to mention or have done along the way.

I went to Luxembourg to watch a movie in the cinema (more will follow) and one thing that I noticed as I walked around there... I was tall. I'm used to being average height back home. Sometimes I'm taller than a few people, but there are enough that are taller than I am. But here? As far as I've paid attention I'm taller than all the women I meet, except for the occasional tourist. Some of the women I outreach even wear heels! I felt like a giant. And that is without heels.

Now about my journey to Luxembourg. As I was waiting for the bus (which I apparantly just missed) a couple from the campsite passed by with their car and asked me if I needed a ride. Incredibly sweet, of course. So they drove me to the nearest train station, which happened to be on their way as well, thankfully. I'd hate to have been a bother. The rest of the journey was spent in a train. And after that a bus, because the cinema was another hour and a half away if I were to walk it.  I spent my time well (bar worrying I'd miss my stop) reading Divergente (and sometimes Divergent if I didn't get what the French version said.)

Then it was time for the the actual movie. (Not really.) I arrived at 12.20 and the movie started at 12.00. So I bought a ticket for the next one, which was at 13.45. No problem. Time enough for me to eat at the McDonalds, a delicious Clubhouse Bacon Beef. Ooh.

After lunch I went to the mall next door for some windowshopping. And whenever I saw something nice it was too expensive. (One I kinda liked turned out be 330,- O.o I beelined it out of there.) I also read some more. When it was time I went back, took my seat and waited. Then, the screen turned on, and red. A glitch in the beamer. -.-; Well, they tried for twenty minutes to get the damned thing to work to no avail. In the I got a choice: either I got my money back or I could get a ticket for 16.15. So 16.15 it was. Like hell was I gonna miss this movie.

(Oh, and I saw Dracula and Frankenstein's Monster.)

(And they saw me, too.)

(And I took a selfie Stuart and Bob, I think)

So I read my time away until it was once again time, my French improving each moment. (Maybe more so because I knew what was coming.) Once again at the cinema my eye caught something extremely interesting. Free poster with popcorn/cola. Nice! So I bought popcorn and cola, and got my free poster. Oh yeah!!

And then, finally, the movie. Right colours, right movie, right seat at the front of the room. It was on. And let me tell you, it was amazing. It's youth sentiment straight at ya. I love the characters, I love the cast, I love the dinosaurs, I love the story.
I don't want to spoil the ending but I soo wanted those dinosaurs to survive. It was almost the same as the first movie's ending, but with one extra dinosaur.

Totally amazing!

Definitely one to watch.
