 I ONLY JUST NOTICED THAT I SAID  BASICALLY THE  SAME THING IN THOSE LAST TWO UPDATES.
UH, OOPS. |D;;;

Aside from that there reading list, I also have a manga reading list on my laptop which, despite the fact that I haven't looked at it in months, I've started to make a dent in. I read Moon Child and A'A, which I think were both there...? OTL A,A' was good! I really like Hagio Moto's manga.

Otherwise, I was at the library today drawing outfits. I went through a book on fashion in the American Colonial and Revolutionary periods, one little one on traditional dress in eastern Europe, one about women's fashion (among other things) from 1980-1990, and flipped through a few others. The stack I picked up, I had to bend over to carry all of them to the table but in the end I didn't get through half... =v=;;

Women's fashion was really scary sometimes! ;A; The proper way to tie a corset meant breaking four ribs like, permanently, and back in the 17th (?) century, women used mercury or something to make themselves pale, and of course it killed them eventually. I love clothes, and totally want to wear a bunch of that stuff but SHIT. I don't understand how people can do that to themselves...

Since I was reading Kuragehime the other day, it made me think, even people like that are kind of otaku, even though it's normal or cool to be obsessed with clothes and makeup, to be that crazy about it is the same thing, isn't it? That's how I see it, anyhow. =v=;
