My best friend and ex-roomate Evelyn moved back home and is now trying to find someone to take her room here (shes had to keep paying rent even though she doesnt live here because we havn't found anyone to move in). You could move in ASAP and then stay as long as you want (the lease would be yours). The rent is 510 a month and includes all utilities (electric, internet, cable, phone line), a BIG furnished room (its Bedroom D - the biggest of the 4 bedrooms, Queen sized bed), clean common area, and good amenities including a tanning capsule, computer lab, game room, and theatre room that sits 25+ over in the clubhouse. Right now theres only 2 girls in a 4 bedroom apartment (the other room is empty, too - which is great if you have a friend that is looking for a place as well) and we are clean, we both work & go to school, and are very easy going. The apartment is in Riverwind (first floor) which is very close to campus and offers shuttle service to and from campus from 7am-10pm M-F on school days.
