[Another unfortunate who hadn't heard of this desert item! Ever since she discovered it and its delicious qualities, she's been encouraging others to try it.]

I'm not actually sure of the process involved in making it. Through some process involving frozen dairy and other ingredients a very cold cream is made. It is delicious, but very difficult to describe if you've never had it.

Well, sometimes it's a very simple. It depends on what they add to it. Some of them resemble the flavors of ripened seed pods, especially juicy ones. Others have various sweetened swirls through them.

Something between milk and frozen juice, in flavor anyway. The texture of it is something else.

There are a few different places that sell it that I know of. You could go to one and try a sample, and have some other food to switch to if you don't like it.
