Pesticied Use Monitoring Not Worth Funding

The administration has halted an $8 million dollar a year program that monitors pesticide use on over 120 different fruits, vegetables and other crops. We can throw $700 billion at Wall Street but we can't find $8 million to keep a program this important going?
