Yay met up with the Japanese students again!
Cool! Everyone was late today and they all came running towards the CPs apologizing. lol It was cute and we didn't mind. So today we went to buy bus passes so that we can go places with the students! $31/fucking month! ugh...I know the students were not exactly happy with that, but they all have money and they're all rich kids cuz seriously how else did they pay to come here?! It kinda sucks, cuz it's free for me since I'm a student at UCI, but for the temporary kids it's not free...As usual Chrysln and my kids all went together. One big happy family! ^O^
After that we went to Cha For Tea (it's basically like a Lollicup or TenRen, except the white-washed version) and the kids all liked it. (And I don't mean to call them "kids" in a degrading fashion, I call them that because I love them! Basically in an adoring way!) It was some of their first times trying it! XD So we sat around for like 30 minutes discussing stuff about what to expect from their host families that they're moving into on Wednesday...and plans for the next weeks or so. Then we went to the park to meet up with Noreen and play Mafia. Well...the simple version of Mafia, just so they can practice their English a little more. But they're all too nice and wouldn't accuse each other of being the killer, so I had to take the lead and accuse someone random...like Toshio...lol Poor boy he was like "What!?" And had an incredulous look on his face. lol Then Hidetaka was like "I think it's Toshio also" lol And then people started talking more. It's a hard game for them to understand, but they got it once we started to play. The scary thing was Kanako was one of the two killers and the other was Kenichi (both my kids). Kanako was way to innocent...no one ever accused her and no one ever thought to until I was the last to die...then they found out it was her. lol It was pretty crazy.
Heh, then we told them that we'll teach them hip-hop and bellydancing (taught by Noreen) since they expressed interest. It was kinda funny. I told them that I was the captain of the all girls hip-hop dance team, Pheromones, and they were like "EEHHHH!!!????" And told me that was really cool. lol Yeah, I said I didn't look like one, but I do a lot of choreographing. lol Woot going to the beach on Friday with the kids! Mass luff all!
