20 things + sketch
1 - my big childwood shock happened when I drew a big fish with pink indelible marker on the new leather sofa. mothers knows hot to makes you feel the sense of guilt and this stopped my creativity a lot. always fearing to ruin something I've never drew on shirts, cut jeans or wrote on schoolbags. I've never personalized anything.
2 - I fear Maus by Art Spiegelman. really. those mice makes me feel sick and the drawings are oppressive. Could even be the best comic never drawn but I'll never read it. (even if I have it in my shelves... but it's not really significant 'cause I've at least a number/episode/book/something of almost each comic actually published)
3 - When I was a child I decided I wanted to draw comics for Disney. now I'm 21 and I've still that dream. But I changed the "disney" part. I still love to draw disney but I'm not able at all.
4 - I was a particular teenager. I've never listen to music and I've never been fangirl of actors/singer/fill-the-blanc. Even now music is not really important for me. it's just something to fill emptiness... when I do something I like more. the fangirlism arrived a bit later. XD I'm more stupid and childish now then 10 years ago. I like to act as stupd teenager 'cause I've never really been a teenager.
5 - When I was preteen I hated manga. I've never seen a single episode of Sailor moon or Dragonball. Even if when I was child my mother used to set me in front of the tv to watch animes like "Georgie" "Candy Candy" "Gundam" "Daitarn 3" "doraemon" "time bokan".... when I reached age of reason I started to hate anything from japan. At 14/15 I started to revalue the genre and till last year I've read tons of manga. Now I hate them again. It's rubbish. But I still read few of them.
6 - I can read almost every comic and enjoy it. even if it's stupid I can find something good (maybe the fact is too stupid to be real... XDD I enjoy even rubbish). I can read everything but Maus (Art Spiegelman) and Sergio Bonelli's comics (this include: Tex Willer, Julia, Nathan Never, Dilan Dog, and everything published by bonelli editore).
7 - I've studied french. But my knowledge faded away years ago. now I've problems even to understand vaguely a simple text in that language.
8 - I know by heart 4 canti of Dante's Commedia. And when I studied it I was in love with Count Ugolino. ò__o I almost cried when I read that canto.
9 - I've a particulary tendency to learn sentences by heart. When I watch a movie the next time I watch it I remember at least 50% of the lines. Btw this helped me a lot in latin litterature. I know by heart the poems I studied (but I studied really few poems, so I know only Virgilio and Catullo by heart. I ignored the others) but I'm totally unable to learn schemes. I don't know the declensions at all.
10 - When I buy a marvel or dc comic I usually ask my brother about origins and characters and villains and everything else. just because he's my personal encyclopedy.
11 - a lot of people says I'm evil, I'm "rotten" and I don't worth anything. I just say I'm slytherin. =P
12 - I always take side of the villains. XD maybe people knows about this.... but there's a kind of good guys I like a lot. it's the kind of good people quite clever, who can't hurt a fly, humble, with a lot of angsty problems. the Remus Lupin kind of characters.
13 - I look like a really selfconfident person. but I'm really really insecure.
14 - I hate people. I like being alone most of my time. I've few friends but chosen carefully. and I've few friends with whom I hang around but they cannot be really called friends.
15 - I usally have really stupid dream, when I remember them. Luckly I don't remember them so often. My last dream I remember of was last week. About Wolverine shelling peas and Cyclops doing home-made pasta. Don't ask please.
16 - I'm one of these people who hate everything but hates everyone who hates everything. ò__o if it makes sense. no it doesn't. well... who cares?!
17 - I've never had animals at home. my mother is scared of everything but she can stand fishes and hamsters. so I've had 2 hamsters. the last one died 2 months ago when I was in holyday with orgueilestrange and nohiddenbeauty. We discovered the "death" at 3 a.m. of the second night. We absolutely didn't know what to do and we started to laugh hysterically. Laughing not helped so much.
18 - I spent most of my childhood (and now my winter vacations) in my grandparent's house which is dated 1661. Former property of the local lord of the countryside.
19 - My dad (alongside his associate) is actually the biggest sportswear dealer in Rome.
20 - I don't watch television at all. I watch sometimes movies on dvd but I never turn on the tv without purpose on public televisions. Only to watch Simpsons or Futurama or Family guys when my brother remember me to.
I've still to learn how to ink, but is one of my first try.
