Crass Commercial Announcement
Look at that first post in a long while and it's a crass commercial announcement, figures eh?
Academie Duello has been running these very cool youth camps this summer called Knight Camp. We need to get a few more kids in for the camps this august (13th to 17th and 20th to 24th). During the camp kids ages 7 - 14 learn the martial arts of the knight including longsword, sword and shield, quarterstaff, and wrestling (all in a safe and controlled environment). They also learn about heraldry, armour, knightly virtues, medieval history and culture, and much more. The camps run from 10am - 3:30pm each day at our studio in downtown vancouver (curb-side pickup and parking options available). The camp costs $299 for the week and bursarys are available for lower income families.
