Breeding License
I think that everyone who wants to have kids should go though an oral and written test. These people should be worthy to have children especially because there are so many deserving people out there that CAN"T have children Like my best friend who, during the birth of her BEAUTIFUL baby girl had to have an emergency historectamy (no idea how to spell that one). SHe can never have more children of her own and I would label her a MODEL mother.
I get so fet up with parents. The people who live next door to me (who sould not breed!) just had a child. They had a big party today. All I heard from this party were people SCREAMING at their own kids. This one dad was actually screaming at the top of his lungs at his 4 year old (approx age) daughter who was crying. He was screaming shut up at her. This makes me SOOO angry I can't even begin to describe it.
This parent test should be like the SAT's or the ACT's. The kind of test people SHOULD be nervous about taking and should study for but if they know there stuff, will pass eith flying colors.
This isn't to say that I am attacking any one group of people like race or religion or economic status, that doesn't make a good or bad parent. It is all about the idividual people who just should not add more population to the world.
