Help me pick a dress
Yes, I'm still alive. And September will probably drive me crazy, but more on that later.
One of the things that will happen in September is that two very dear friends (that I introduced to each other, so it's all my fault) are getting married. And I'm going to be a witness in their church wedding. This means I'll be sitting/standing on the bride side for the whole ceremony. Being September, I have no clue what the weather will be like, it could be scorching hot or quite chilly. Being in a church, I'll need to have my shoulder covered.
I hate shopping for clothes, especially now that's hot and humid trying on something with sleeves would be a pain, plus I'm one of those funny size that are slightly too big to fit in usual size clothes, and not big enough to fit decently into plus size clothing.
I've had positive experiences with Styleshake http://www.styleshake.com before, so I'm pretty set on getting something from them, and they have a sale on silk dresses that ends on Monday. But I don't know what to get :(
Poly-silk fabrics look tempting, because of course I want something that I'm going to wear again, they are machine washable and do not require much ironing, which I hate. But I'm not fond of any of the colours offered :/ So I'm pretty set on silk in blush pink, wine red, or a combination of the two
