Non Sequitar

So many sights, so many fragments, the frenzied nights of partying, the drunken stupors, after hour suppers, rain rain and more rain.

Smatterings of Christmas carols in the streets, the malls, that strangely intense isolation imposed by festivity, the impending sense of closure.

Bangkok again, new clothes, massages, bars, pepper crab soup, cracked salt-grilled sea bass, shopping for clothes, dim sum on the 56th floor.

The bombs.

Countdown by the river, so many many fireworks and screams. Undaunted, agony and ecstasy, the sisters of life.

Home again, a new friend for Bo tucked away safely in my pocket. Nearly getting stopped at immigration, heart in my mouth. Playing cool.

He's now safe in his tank. Will post pics soon.
