Back from Comic Con!
OK, OK, I was actually back Sunday, but I've spent almost all of my time since then editing photos & queuing them on Tumblr. You can check out my photos tag; currently going is the Agent Carter panel. I've set the queue to post 50 times a day, but it still won't be finished until Thursday morning!
I have photos up from the Super Asian America panel (including Chloe Bennet!), Hand of God, The Player (Philip Winchester & Wesley Snipes), Falling Skies, & The 100, as well as a few lil posts of Hannibal, Gravity Falls, The Last Ship, Outlander, The Big Bang Theory, & Minority Report. In the queue are the rest of Agent Carter, Agents of SHIELD, & iZombie!
It's the middle of summer, sooooo.... of course I am stressing about a work thing! XD The all-day aide got a job elsewhere in the district, which means our class now needs a morning aide & an all-day aide. The teacher & I would both like for me to be the all-day aide, so then we'd need 2 part-time aides. So the teacher contacted the principal & the sped coordinator about it and they're like, oh, yes, sure, that sounds great. Oh, by the way, she needs to apply for the full-time position when it gets posted. Reasonable, I guess, it's only fair to other people in the district to have a chance at it. So the teacher e-mails the sped coordinator again, like, soooooo, when's the job going to be posted? No reply. She says she tried contacting her 3 times, and got no answer. So basically, I have to check the district site every day to see if the opening goes up, and I'm like, sweating that I'm gonna miss it or some stupid thing. Like, WE HAVE A SOLUTION TO YOUR ONGOING STAFFING ISSUES, AND YOU ARE IGNORING US. Ugh. I feel like I should be a shoo-in for this promotion, but all this BS is making me nervous, and I have reason to be, given how the district operates.
