WELL I JUST DON'T KNOW. Mason is not exactly dead, so would a touch even make him alive again? And reaper!Mason can't die, so second touch couldn't mean dead again forever? OR COULD IT.

THINGS WE NEED TO ASK BRYAN! I thought that was the whole reason why PD existed--Ned was supposed to be a love interest for George.

The story I had heard was that Bryan wanted George to meet a character who could bring people to life with a touch, in contrast to the way that she took souls with a touch. And then with DLM didn't live long enough to get to that, he spun that idea out and developed it into PD. Hadn't heard that he meant this character to be a love interest, but it makes sense.
