There's a lot of things that make this scene so inadvertently sexy, IMO. I mean, there's stuff like the big cushy couch-bed thing, and Flynn taking off his shirt for absolutely no reason.
But there's also a tinge of paranoia and conspiracy as they talk about the company's practices. That intensity literally draws them closer together in the scene, and, really, that says it all... they trust each other more than the company they work for.
So plotting to break into it, hack into the system, & expose all misdeeds together is obviously the logical choice. :D
