Fights a Never-Ending Battle, for Truth, Justice, and INTERNET
Internet STILL going below usability. Dropped down below ability to run a speedtest (or do anything else) late last night twice for brief intervals. Did it Again at 12:20 this aft. I hurried to call Philly, but by the time I got to a person, it was back up 5 minutes later. SQUAWKED loudly, am assured it's being escalated to Leadership. No idea what that means. I told her that when the locals are told by Philly to give me a progress report instead they ask ME what's wrong, and I tell them EACH time what nimitzbrood suggested as likely causes of the problem, but they NEVER check ANY of that. They never do ANYTHING.
