Eye there! Vision update, 2 harmony horses and 1 double vision progression sketch
Hi! The double vision is lessening, and there's no sign of infection, but it's very sensitive to light- have all the blinds down and I wore a double length of gauze for a while which helps a bit, I feel like I've got a black eye (I don't, but the soreness is there worse than yesterday, woke me up several times during the night so I took tylenol *TWICE*- which helped it's not hurting so much now as when it woke me up) and my balance is off enough to make me a bit queasy, and I'm tired. So I'm gonna go back to bed now that I've given the cats & birds food.
Looking at the computer monitor makes my head hurt, so I'm not up to reading anything or even replying to your comments yesterday. *bummer* HAd so wanted to try to start the ficathon, but it's too ouchy to read, let alone type for extended length of time.
Ow, getting more ouchy. Shall post & go back to bed.
I did this horse a few days ago but forgot to post.
I did this horse last night, peering one-eyed and leaning over almost into the monitor. It reassured me.
And here are a few pencil sketches to show the progression of my vision. The clearest double images came from looking at the outline of a light, so I used the tulip light on my ceiling fan as a subject. Also tossed in how I recall the streetlights look (did not take sketchbook along taxi ride-- did CONSIDER it, but didn't) EDIT: Got the wrong date on #2. It's the morning of the 23rd, during one of the ow wake-ups.
