Merry Christmas, y'all!
I spent Christmas with my parents in Flagstaff, taking daily trips south to Oak Creek Canyon... although yesterday my mom wanted to go north, to the Grand Canyon (which I'd never seen). Snow everywhere, gorgeous scenery... I think I am coming back here in Jan/Feb to nose around and hike up the canyons. It's bootiful. I took a garzillion pictures of stuff, but I can't post any from here since I'm on my netbook.
My father's been driving me up the wall, though -- I won't rant in detail about it here, unless anybody wants me to, but those of y'all I've known for a while already know the particulars of his assholeitude. While it's been a great deal of fun up here, I need a vacation from the relatives I brought on my vacation. :P We're about to drive back to Flagstaff -- probably me behind the wheel, and my dad back-seat driving the whole way. ("Don't hit that pothole, dammit!") I'm tempted to get a pair of horse blinders for him, and give him the option between those and hitchhiking.
I get back to Huntsvegas late on the 28th, and would love to see people!
