Completed my first marathon i.e. the Stan Chart marathon today.
It was definitely a good experience.
In hindsight, the preparation leading up to the run could probably have been better managed.
And hence my so-so performance and the busted knees (especially the left)!
Nonetheless, I look forward to bettering my performance in next year's marathons
For now, tentatively, gotta devise a feasible running plan (that can blend in with my other plans work and non-work related)
and acquire the necessary equipment (knee support and suitable tights)
