Littlest Sister got herself an iPod a few days ago. Somehow, she turned my offer of "I'll show you how iTunes works" into "I'll rip all of your CDs, add them to your library, and update your iPod for you without you bothering to learn the smallest thing about the process; should I polish your shoes with my tongue while I'm at it, master?" *headdesk*
Hung out with fyerfox and eviltoaster a few days ago. Got ice cream, wandered around Target, generally just... hung out. ^_^ I swear, as soon as our house is finished being remodeled, I'm kidnapping you two (and kojinomiko, if she wants) and making you watch Stargate. Definitely seems like your sense of humor. ^__^ Plus, hot people! It's all good!
Speaking of Stargate and hot people, I was listening to an interview with one of the actors on the spin-off series (David Hewlitt, if anyone cares) and I was impressed that he is genuinely a total and complete nerd. His dorkiness is most certainly not pastede on yay for the role. *glee!* Apparently before he was an actor, he programmed for a living. As in computer programs, in C. I find that factoid unbelievably sexy. Which should probably worry me more than it does, 'cause next thing you know I'll be wandering through cubicle farms at Microsoft saying that I've been a bad, bad program that deserves some hardcore debugging or begging people to whisper sweet syntax into my ear. Which, needless to say, would be a Bad Thing.
