Rating: PG, because I can't imagine it getting worse. XD
Summary: J decides he needs to talk to Benny; he finds out nothing's sacred when it comes to mirror Lamb.
the Story:
After the debacle with regular Alex, J'd gone literally hermit. He didn't open his comm, he didn't listen to anything on the network - he didn't even talk to mirror!Alex, choosing to break the mirror in a fit of rage one night and covering the rest of the time. There's no reason to look outside when there's commotion; there's no reason to do anything but subsist on cheddar popcorn and editing of movies. He barely sleeps.
So, of course, when he calls Benny, he looks like hell.
Instead of actually waiting for the man to pick up or anything, he just sends a message, uneasy about talking to anyone still. "Hey, uh... How are you? I'm... not good. I wanted to come see you, or something, but I didn't know if you, uh... yknow. Were home or anything. So, if you want to come visit, that'd... be cool too. Okay. Yeah. Hope you're alright. ... Later."
...He regrets it the second he sends it, and doesn't quite expect anything to come of it.
