When: Right after receiving the 'heads up' from Austria.
Rating: THIS COULD GET UGLY.
Summary: Russia exists and is harassing one of America's citizens. In return, America will make sure Russia's nose stays broken.

So after receiving word from Austria that Kurt was being attacked after ignoring most of the stuff with Latvia, honestly, the little nation asked for it and Russia had enough black mail on him America decided this is UNFORGIVABLE.
So he grabbed the first two guns he could find, both 9mm, and a shit ton of bullets.
Never expect an American to go light on retaliation.
And he's not going to knock or anything. Oh hell no. He's going to kick the fucking door down. He's been itching for a reason to kick some commie ass.
