the Story:
Ritsuka poked his head in before entering fully and closing the door on his actress. He wasn't being rude, more to the point he was trying to protect her from the actor that Soubi had. The man was disturbing to say the least.
Disturbing was an understatement. The man was hovering quite intently over Soubi, watching him sleep with way more interest that anyone should ever have.
Ritsuka's eyes glared and he walked over to the man, grabbing a pillow sheet and wrapping it around the man's arms. "Idiot." The words were actually directed at Soubi. Why had he left this weirdo run free and not tie him up?
Soubi woke with a start as the actor flailed and screamed, stumbling a little as Ritsuka tied him up and dragged him back. "STOP! I NEED TO EXAMINE MY MUSE!"
"Shut up," Soubi said with a yawn. "I barely got any sleep because of you, so for the love of god, shut up."
What Soubi got to see was the back of Ritsuka's head as he was starting to gag Soubi's muse. It honestly didn't look good.
Soubi rubbed the back of his head and sighed, sitting up slowly. There were dark circles under his eyes, and he simply looked exhausted. He offered Ritsuka a small smile when the boy turned around again.
"There you are."
The boy finished gagging and tying Soubi's actor up and stood, walking back over to the bed and crawling inside. "I told you I'd be back." Really, Soubi looked horrible. Part of Ritsuka wondered if Soubi doubted that much that he'd be back, but he wanted to believe that the older man trusted him.
"I have trouble sleeping when you're not here," Soubi said reasonably. Ritsuka knew that, didn't he? "I have more trouble sleeping when there's a strange man whining about the drapes and trying to paint over the murals all night."
The boy frowned heavily. "I'm sorry." He'd been worried about that man being with Seimei. It wasn't that he didn't love Soubi, he had just been unaware of the actors at first, then havoc broke loose when he'd gone to see his brother. "My actor is ... a little girl. She's naive and dumb. I didn't want her to meet your actor." He moved in closer and rested against Soubi instead of taking up room on the bed.
"He's mostly harmless. If you want to let her in, it might shut him up for a while. He's been whining about protecting Ritsuka all night."
Soubi draped an arm over Ritsuka and pulled him close, pressing a small kiss to his cheek.
Soubi's actor was staring, wide-eyed.
Ritsuka couldn't help but blush. "I know what we do ... it wouldn't be right to let him do that to her. All because they're 'acting'." Even though Ritsuka knew he had been young when he'd lost his ears he still believed firmly that you shouldn't do adult things to someone if there wasn't real and true love between the people.
He slipped his arm under Soubi's back and rested his head on his chest. His actress, a very cute and shaggy haired girl finally opened the door a crack. Watching.
Soubi lifted his head for a moment to look at the little eyes peeking through the crack. He glanced to his actor, and then motioned the girl inside. He felt bad leaving her in the hallway, and he was fairly sure that his bound-and-gagged actor would do nothing to the girl.
"Maybe if they see us acting like this, they'll think it's normal. If we're lucky, they'll just curl up and go to sleep."
"We could only be so lucky." He'd yelled so much at the actor Seimei for what he had said to the girl. He hoped he wouldn't have to do the same to actor Soubi.
When she finally came in the little girl couldn't be more then twelve. She was cute, but she looked more like she could be a little sister then a 'Ritsuka' She looked to actor Soubi and gasped. "Soubi my darling! Who could have done this to you?!" She raced over to start untying him, gag first.
Ritsuka sighed. "If you don't leave him I'll shove you in the closet."
She gasped dramatically, but stopped, unsure if she REALLY wanted to be shoved in a closet.
Regardless, Soubi's actor seemed almost placated now that Ritsuka's actor was there. He mumbled fondly through the gag, smiling as he rested his head against the girl's knee. He closed his eyes and sighed happily.
Soubi just... blinked. "I told you he was harmless."
"He still disturbs me." The boy looked over at the actor with a worried look. She was so young. He didn't want anyone trying to take advantage of her because she was supposed to be playing him.
Soubi's actor seemed content simply to be beside her, which was the closest he'd gotten to acting like Soubi so far. The fighter himself was already starting to fall asleep, arms wound tightly around his sacrifice.
The boy was content to lay there. After the mess with Seimei and his actor the boy was happy for some calmness. Even if the actors were still there. "I hope this event ends soon." His eyes were closed, but he was quietly listening to the fighter's heartbeat.
"Mm hmm." Soubi murmured, just before he slipped into slumber.
Ritsuka couldn't help but smile. Soubi was predictable as always. He really was turning into an old man.
