back to school
so yeah Wednesday was the first day of school and I had a 2 hour delay because the power went out. Then this morning there was a huge flood on the road I take to get to school from seminary. There was a car half way under water on the road and a woman (whom I later found to be the student teacher aid for my english class) swiming across to land. Evidently my friend Charles got stuck in there to but pushed his car out. There was almost all of 2 ways to get to school and both were inconvienent for SaltCreek. -.-;
I have a new friend this year at school. His name is Lenard and he's from Germany. for some reason I just find it easier to call the exchange students by the ethnicity they are. Like I call Lenard German. And Matt is Asian tho he's not an exchange student. But Lenard is pretty nice. Has a very very nice accent. And enjoys doing peoples German Homework while they do his Physics work. ^^; He's in my first hour english, fourth hour study hall, and fifth hour US History. He's fun to talk to. He tells me German beer is over all the best thing ever aside of Schnitzel. heehee ^^
Anyways, Max and I went out earlier today. it was pretty fun. We went to Fazolis to get food and talk to some people we know that work there. Our friend Rob there is moving into an appartment in like 2 weeks and invited us to his house warming party. And Charles told us of his story with is car that's still not running yet. I think of all the people I've talked to my house has been the only one not to get flooding in the basement. *knock on wood* and yeah. So Max and I, after Fazolis we went to see if justin was up to hang out but he wasn't there so we went to Barnes and Noble and looked around as I kinda was drowsy from some nasal decongestant. And then after Max bought a book we headed over to my place and we just stayed her the rest of the night watching Clerks 2 while snuggled up on my bed. It wasn't half bad aside of getting up to blow my nose every 15 minutes or so. For those of you reading this that can't tell, I caught a cold this week, the first day of school to be precise, and it decided to get really bad all of a sudden on friday night. -.-;
Got the RvB CD in the mail and riped it to my computer on wednesday and gave it to max since he paid for it (heh, it was under his name but addressed to my house ^^;). And then...yeah. pretty drowsy or tired right now, so I'm gonna go do somthing to keep me up or put me to sleep. Whatever is fine with me.
