Account type: Basic and Paid, Plus ads set to horizontal (doesn't look very good:( ).

Title & Subtitle: Title displayed, Subtitle disabled
Notes: This is my first ever layout, so it's not the most elaborate setup compared to all these amazingly talented LJers. I'd really appreciate some input, I am very nervous about posting this, I almost didn't! So any comments are really appreciative and helpful. This was hard work but fun!
I would also like to thank carriep63 for the greatly helpful tutorial on smooth sailing stylesheets!

Instruction:
one. click on journal style
two. in the search box on the right side, type in smooth sailing and press enter
three. select the smooth sailing style entitled 'blue days', and click 'customize selected theme.'
four. click on custom css and make sure all the drop down boxes are set to 'no'.
five. paste the code into the text box and select save changes.
That should be it!
