This little guy is having a really rough couple of weeks. K has been in and out of the hospital for over a week now, battling a rare disease called Kawasaki disease. They're trying to keep his fever down to reduce risk of damage to his heart, but this feisty little guy is apparently not responding as well as hoped to the usually effective treatments. No answers for the poor stressed-out family yet... but I'm sending the best of my healing vibes, prayers, and fever-reducing well wishes their way. Perhaps you, my readers, can do the same.
