Searching in the Official Fan Book of the movie, I found that the official romanization of some of the character's names is like that
ナイレン・フェドロック, - Niren Fredrok
ヒスカ・アイヒープ - Hisca Aiheap
シャスティル・アイヒープ, - Chastel Aiheap
ガリスタ・ルオドー - Garista Luodur
[could not find it] - Merzhom Keida
ランバート - Lambert,
Those are the only one officialy romanized -also the names of Yuri, Flynn, Rita and Raven- XD I was wondering where I read the name of Chastel because everyone is romanizing as Shastere and Hisca's name as Hisuka.
