lol i m going to post.
Today i was hanging out with Abe at memorial park and we rocked some hacky sack, and some frisbee. We then decided that as a project awesome (to be discussed) action, we would dig a hole from which we would repeatedly jump out of to increase our ups. I read about this idea in a martial arts book in BNN a few years ago, and it said you just have to dig a hole and jump out of it alot, then dig it deeper when you can handle it, and also add ankle weights to make it harder. I had brought up the idea a few times in the past but never really had a reason to do it. Abe and I were trying to jump onto the new benches at memorial park, and onto the waterfountain when we realized that the highest we could jump without a run was basically up to our belly buttons. We were sad.
About project awesome: Abe wants to do something totally awesome every week this summer. We hope to swim across the Hudson River as one of these events. This jumping out of a hole thing is really going to take longer than a week to get us strong enough and able enough to be able to jump much higher, so this is like... an extended project awesome attempt.
More pictures of the project.
