Jefferies Tube - Day 28 (Morning) - Open
Shane had thought she knew how to get to her room by now. For the past few days she had relied on the computer for directions, and she had thought she could find it by herself by now.
Apparently she'd been wrong. Very, very wrong.
The first clue that she had gone the wrong way was when she stopped seeing other people pass by. There were usually other ensigns moving through the hallway her room was situated in. The second clue was when the ladder she had climbed didn't open into another level. Now she found herself crawling through what appeared to be a jefferies tube, and not a very big one at that.
"I could have sworn that ladder led to the other deck..." She shuffled forward. Logically, there would be another opening, somewhere, for her to exit through. Then she could find out where she was, and get directions to where she was supposed to be. She'd find her way out.
Eventually.
