thoughts on new DOCTOR WHO, THE STRANGERS, and new DVDs

I have been watching old stuff from The 2nd Doctor (TOMB OF THE CYBERMEN and LOST IN TIME). I feel some of that material is better than most of season 4. Maybe it has to do with the tone and the way characters are developed. I have enjoyed TORCHWOOD season 2 more than DW Season 4 so far.
