My list:
1. Sex with clothes still on - that hurried 'can't wait, can barely get enough material out of the way to make it happen' sex. Alternately the 'one person is dressed the other person is naked' is a huge, huge favourite of mine.
2. Fingerporn - put them anywhere, tangle them up with other fingers, get them wet, dig them in, just do stuff with them. Fingers are awesome
3. Double penetration - any variation, any permutation, and fingers absolutely count too.
4. Need to be quiet - where someone else is around and they need to be as quiet as possible so as not to alert the other/others to what's going on. The hand over the mouth thing is just perfect.
5. Kissing - impulsive, rough, messy, dirty, desperate kissing gets me every time.
