I've been home for all of two or three days (have I lost track of time already?) and already I have some memorable family quotes for your reading pleasure:
Me: "Dad, you beat up a girl!"
Dad: "I did not, I just launched her a few feet. She's fine."
Me: "Wow. You look like a robot."
Dad: "And I feel like one too!"
Mom: "Don't you love these pants? They've got a little doolybopper here, with a whatzit and a whoosie in the front here..."
Me: "Speak English!"
Mom: "The English language is totally overused."
Me: "Dad, Mom kicked me!"
Dad: "You probably deserved it."
Mom: "Yeah, give it up kid, it's hopeless."
Just a warning: My parents are actually very nice, sweet people who have in no way inflicted physical, mental, or any other form of abuse on me or anyone else. This quotes have been taken out of context, so please don't call Child Services and have me removed to foster care.
