Have I mentioned yet that my new job kicks ass? That everyone is nice, and if you screw something up, they support you and show you how to do it right instead of yelling or making you feel like an idiot and/or an asshole? And when you do something well, they say, "hey, good job" and they start with an assumption that you're an intelligent, trustworthy, capable person and not some mindless idiot who just wants to steal things? I find it very refreshing. It makes me want to work harder, and support the business, and, in general, CARE.
