Last night we went with Veronica, Jennifer and Vikki to the Los Angeles Theatre on Broadway to see Cabaret! It was part of the LA Conservancy's Last Remaining Seats program, which I have been dying to go to for sooooo long. It was amazing to be inside that theatre at last. I'm obsessed with all the faded glamour on Broadway. Michael York was even there in person to introduce the film, but the highlight of the evening was having some homeless guy open a side window half way through. "Scuse me," he said, and then, "God bless y'all!"
