I didn't have much luck working with an employment agency, so I also applied for a bunch of jobs on my own. That is how I ended up with the job at UPS. I also checked craigslist as well. Good luck to you. I'm sure you'll find something soon!

Well, I'm definitely not using the employment agency as my sole means of finding something. I was going through Apariant but it seems that they're pretty much set for people who actually have higher education and more viable experience. That's the problem I have... I haven't taken any courses and I don't have much in the way of viable, put-it-on-the-resume type of experience.

At this point, I've been applying for just about anything I think I'm even remotely qualified for. As much as I don't want to do it, I've got an interview next Monday down at the SeaTac Hilton for a restaurant position. I suppose I wouldn't mind it, since it pays decently. All I know is that I've gotta get out of jobs that pay less than $12/hour. *muttergrumbles*

P.S. Let's make Absinthe! It calls for Everclear. Now we just need some wormwood which grows profusely in my friend's back yard. Although with winter it is probably dead now.

I'll see what I can dig up in terms of a recipe. I had a couple recipes a while back, but I lost them somewhere.

The real question is... Would I be shooting for authentic absinthe and distilling it, or would I be skipping the dangerous step? Heh...
