{Laila} Once More
I smile as I wake, finding Rico next to me. He's not awake yet, absense of the earth fooling him into sleeping an extra few minutes. I lightly trace my fingers over his sides, smile growing wider as he gives the first indications of waking. I concentrate for a moment, burning precious blood to heat my body. He groans, not even opening his eyes as he pulls me close to him, but he's awake now, and eager. His eyes spring open as he rolls over me, arms on either side, using his legs to push mine apart, smiling as I open easily for him. His mouth quickly claims mine as he joyfully plunges in. We sigh contentedly together when its over, looking at the clock and seeing that over an hour has passed since dusk.
We dress quickly, both provicatively, and look around to make sure everything is in order. Rumor has it, Knoxville is a city with a prince. We will have to ensure we will be welcome before bringing our belongings into the city. If things go as planned, we should be able to sleep there. My business is finally doing well, time to move to take control of it myself. It is, after all, easier to feed that way.
It takes me by surprise though, when I feel the summons, which comes, amazingly from Knoxville itself. So shocked am I that I cant help calling out, "Hey Rico, guess who's summoning me!"
