On the downlow

A door has been closed closed, one that needed to be shut. It could have been bad, could have been loud, could have been difficult, but when you let things go, the door will cease to be a physical obstacle, and it will become a memory and a lesson instead. Sometimes it hurts, and sometimes you linger, but you eventally learn that when you let things linger, the pain remains. Shut the door, lock it tight, and move on. You will find that end of one path is the beginning of the next.
