(no subject)
Spent today at a five-year-old's birthday party and it was awesome. And at one point I had both a baby and a cat in my lap. Are we really surprised at this?
And Lori sent me home with leftovers, so I have two plates of food and a full two-liter of Mountain Dew. Yay, lunch for the next couple days! I also got a goodie bag. I haven't gone to a party where you get a goodie bag in probably fifteen years if not longer.
Have already started work on one of my journeystory fics. I've got 1080 words already and I'm not sure how much the rough draft has to be (not that it's due until like November, I think) but I've got 1080 words on it tonight. Apparently that writing 15k in four days made me realize I CAN write large chunks on a consistent basis.
It's a sequel to my het_bigbang fic because apparently the OC featured in it has decided she gets an entire series. Because journeystory is a sequel to that and one of my kidficstory stories is a sequel to THAT. And after that, we'll see what stories are left to tell.
