No, luckily, though my cousins lost their grandfather.

Overseas travel.

#8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Starting up SPY with Barbara. It’s a youth group for yrs 7-10 at our church and we’ve gone from having 5ish members to starting with 11 in 2007! It’s been heaps of fun, and the kids are great!

Not finishing my thesis
#10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Illness? Ha! In Jan of 06 I got a bronchial type virus, anyway, it gave me a major cough and yip, I’ve still got it, 12 months later… It’s fun not being able to breathe…
#11. What was the best thing you bought?
My new phone. Mainly cos I hardly brought anything at all this year. Oh, and Grey’s S1 and Alias S4

What little money I had from work - lunches and boring old toiletries….

2006 finishing

My thesis, even though it drove my nuts

I spent it with my family, at my sister’s house in Wellington. And it was cold. Thankss summer.

No, but I had crushes.

McLeod’s Daughters, Grey’s Anatomy, Alias, Mitre 10 Dream Home!!

My Sister’s Keeper - Jodi Piccoult. It’s an amazing book and I think everyone should read it.

#29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I was 24, and I took the day off from working and my mum and I went to a beach and sat on the sea wall with lunch, and some friends came over for dinner. Oh, and opened presents at the same time as Matt while talking to him on the phone. It’s totally not the same without him.

Finishing my thesis (there’s a pattern here..)

Wearing whatever is in my wardrobe and drawers and that fits and is comfy.

The government passing a law to make the illegal things they did, legal.
