But seriously folks... yep it's Keli here and I am gonna make a post on my LJ!!!! Aren't you all so proud??
Well this is hopefully gonna turn into my little thought space, a place where i can yell and rant and cheer and bitch as much as necessary to get me through the rollercoaster that is my life :)
The brakes have been on for a lil while lately, as most of you know the actor in me has been bored to the teeth of having nothing to do! But finally, FINALLY things are happening.
MY AUDITION DATES ARE ARRIVING!!!!
*drops in another - this time fear induced - faint*
Yep they're arriving, for as early as 2 weeks from now and I'm terrified! But also massivley excited! Eek! I once again have a purpose in life - to prep for these potentially life changing auditions.
And despite them costing £30 each, plus book costs, travel costs, accommodation costs, hours of learning and memorising and probably very little sleep during the lead up.... I am loving it!! This actor is working again! (kinda) With Shakespeare no less! Ok well not directly with him, I mean he's dead, but still......
So... yeah.
All round happy feelings at the moment. all these nerves may cause irrational mood swings to start anytime now so i apologise in advance. But hey for those of you who know me, what's new huh??
Anyone with advice on Old Bill's The Winter's Tale or Cymbeline (especially a pronunciation of the latter) would be most useful and i'd give muchos hugs, and a mountain of cabbages and.. a radiator.
++ I'd just like to take this moment to apologise to the wonderful Mr Eddie Izzard and my blatant bastardisation of his jokes/speech/humour throughout this LJ ++
Well I think that's all. In moments I'll return to my other identity as a lowly Bar Maid here in my home.
